Melinda is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California and helps her clients avoid the financial and emotional disasters that often occur due to lack of proper planning or incomplete/inaccurate knowledge. Melinda is always searching for new ideas to better benefit her clients’ financial situation and is highly regarded by her professional colleagues.
A resident of the San Francisco East Bay Area, Melinda is the author of the forthcoming book, The Great Retirement Hoax: How the IRS and Wall Street Have Gutted the American Dream and How YOU Can Retire in Comfort and Dignity.
She spent many years in the corporate world, specializing in financial management for Information Technology, including consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Melinda has authored and delivered technical and financial presentations for large companies and professional associations.

Originally from Western New York, Melinda has made her home in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost 30 years. She currently resides in Concord along with her furry and feathered family. Melinda believes in giving back to her community, and in her spare time, she volunteers with SERRA - Sonoma Equine Rescue Rehab Adoption.
For over 27 years, Mr. Cisneros has helped individuals, families, and businesses to protect their assets and create financial security. He has also worked with employers to provide additional financial security for employees with cafeteria plans. With vast experience in the senior market, Rick has attained the credential of “Certified Senior Advisor” (“CSA”).
Rick graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He also acquired certification as a paralegal from Southwestern Paralegal Institute in Houston, Texas. Rick’s main focus was estate planning law which eventually led him to the financial services industry.
Rick was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and he currently lives in Clayton, California. He enjoys many different sports and also enjoys a healthy lifestyle, working out 5 to 7 times each week.
Stephen has a broad background in corporate marketing and sales management, and he has owned various businesses in the fields of business consulting, business sales and acquisitions, franchising, real estate, and personal consulting in the financial services sector. He has developed and trained teams in all of these business areas over the years.
“Steve” has also been a personal production leader in his capacities of owner and manager of these ventures, as he has always had a personal drive to lead by example. As an entrepreneur, he is usually working in multiple or combined facets of these somewhat related but differing specialties of the business and personal consulting world. Steve has a great thirst for knowledge and the desire to be on the cutting edge of product development and technology. Together with a commitment to bring the best possible solutions to his clients, these qualities have produced a broad and interesting career. He has been insurance licensed for over 30 years, so he has seen quite an evolution in the field as new and better products are brought into the marketplace to meet the challenges of changing times and the changing needs of the consumer.
Steve thoroughly enjoys making a difference in people’s lives with the perspectives and solutions he brings to the table. Having received an engineering degree many years ago, a problem-solving approach in building and protecting wealth is second nature to him. His children all have professional careers in other parts of the country, but he just can’t bring himself to leave California, so he lives with his wife in the Sacramento area.
Greg Talbot has been a licensed insurance professional since December 1996. He met his lovely wife, Caetrina, at Arizona State University where he graduated in 1985. Greg and Caetrina have twin daughters who are 19 years old.
